A May wedding in
Paleokastitsra.

Chloe contacted me in the hopes of organising her dream day, and her very first request for me (before even mentioning anything else for the wedding) was a very important one: an after party not finishing before 3am.
As I've mentioned from another wedding, this is no easy feat to arrange! There are not many venues that will take on an after party til 3am, but lucky for Chloe & Oisin, I have a few contacts up my sleeve...

This day began with a few getting ready photos with the couples chosen photographer at their hotel, while I prepared all my little details and arrangements down at the couples dream ceremony venue...

I had taken Chloe & Oisin on a venue scout and presented them with 4 amazing locations, but I knew that they had their heart totally set on the stunning Akron beach bar (which between you and me, is my favourite too!!)
We had a complete walk through of the venue with the owner, spoke with the chef, and admired the breathtaking view before us. So of course I got their dream venue locked down for their special date.
We knew with this venue, this would be an amazing wedding.

And so began a simply stunning ceremony, with their close friends & family blessing our couple and being by their side while they literally tied the knot.
Chloe dreamed of romantic pastel shades; pinks, creams, whites and hints of foliage adorned this perfect ceremony, and a circular golden wedding arch with flowers on either side in order to not obscure the amazing sea view.
Chloe & Oisin opted to end this beautiful ceremony with throwing of confetti; a perfect end to a perfect wedding.

After a few family photos, some well earned Prosecco and canapés were served to the guests; the tables were even themed by local Irish pubs known by the couple and their friends!
The staff at Akron were impeccable. In fact I'd even go as far to say that its run like a tight ship there; no request was too difficult or too much of a problem for them.
Chloe & Oisin were sure that they didn't want a wedding cake for their special day, but I did manage to tempt them with a handcrafted, made to order macaroon tower, in all of the gorgeous pastel shades of the wedding. It went down a real treat, and many of the guests even popped back for a cheeky one more!!

I must say that that circular flower arch was well travelled for the day!
From the ceremony decking down to the beach, up to the macaroon tower for toasts, and back down to the beach for photos. We didn't want to waste a second with that gorgeous arc of flowers!

And now for Chloe's first and foremost request for me: party time til 3am.
I pulled out all the stops to arrange for this dream reception venue, and boy did it not disappoint. A roof top terrace, panoramic 360 degree views, a swimming pool and a bar.
Thank you Cnic paleo art nouveau hotel.
And so came the time to head up over and get the groove on. As everyone waited on the happy couples arrival, I finished the special touches for the firework fountains set by the pool; talk about a jaw dropping entrance to the reception!!
Sadly Chloe's dream lit up bubble chairs were just out of their budgets, however the people pleaser in me shone through and I was able to arrange one special lit up bubble seat for the lovely couple.
Chloe was over the moon.
And so as the DJ hit it off with ABBA, we had cocktails galore being served on the rooftop bar, and to top it off, the hotel events manager had set up a snacks bar.
And before you ask ...yes. The bride, the groom and the bridesmaids ended up in the swimming pool. Totally intentional of course.
What an amazing night to be had by all.

Chloe & Oisin. You two make such a beautiful couple together. Thank you for choosing me to bring everything together for your special day.
I had an absolute blast, and I hope you did too.
Good luck on your journey together.
