You know it's going to be a good day when the Scott's are involved and they're bringing out the fine whisky, and my goodness, a good day this was. And the whisky was pretty grand too!

I take pride in the fact that I have an incredible recommended suppliers list here in Corfu, and that they have become my regular little dream team as I call it. Not all weddings require the same vendor, so I have a variety of suppliers up my sleeve to be sure that we find the perfect fit for your dream day. And so Lucy & James' day began with the beautiful bride and bridesmaids having their hair and makeup done by my dreams teams HMUA, and some bridal prep photos by my well recommended photographer at their rented sea front villa in Avlaki.

As they got on with their bridal prep, I was down on the seafront busily preparing all my little details and arrangements at this dreamy ceremony and reception venue; Lucy & James fell immediately in love with it when I suggested it to them, as they felt it fit perfectly their dreams for the day!

The style for this glorious wedding was an abundance of beautiful white roses, intertwined with olive branches and eucalyptus. Can you picture anything more perfect against this stunning backdrop?!

Whilst I had arranged for all their guests to arrive by water taxis from Kassiopi Harbour to the venue, I arranged for Lucy and her bridal party to arrive in extra style by Luxury RIB called a Lilbet to the venue (!!)

And then commenced the most wonderful ceremony, with Lucy's father himself conducting this gorgeous traditional symbolic Scottish blessing. The Scotsman heritage shone through, with them drinking together from The Quaich, which is a traditional Scottish drinking cup that is significant in Scottish wedding ceremonies. It is a symbol of trust, unity, and the sharing of a common cup in the spirit of togetherness. Lily had told me that she dreamed of having a saxophonist playing in the background, and so of course I had to arrange this for her! Saxophonist playing in the background, this truly was a ceremony to remember!

After a few family photos, a well earned traditional Greek feast was served to the guests; I'm talking Greek salads, dips, sea bass, lamb. The whole Corfiot shebang - kalioreixi!!

And with the tables adorned with my ever favourite Kumquat and Limoncello wedding favours, everyone relaxed and enjoyed their evening meal. And the tables themselves were evened themed by Harry Potter!! You guys know me well enough by now to know that I loved that extra little touch!

Lucy and James had their hearts set on a classic vanilla flavoured cake, of which our dream team cake making vendor excelled at, as always. Thank you Claire!

As the night came a close with everyone getting down on the dance floor boogying to our dream teams's DJ high energy and fun beats, I made sure that every single one of those lovely guests were safely on the mini buses I had organised to get everyone safely back to their beds. And then finally, it was time for me to tuck into mine.

Lucy & James. You two make such an incredible couple together. Thank you for choosing me to bring everything together for your special day, and I hope you will remember your day for the rest of your lives.
